Pretty location but that?s about it. We had pretty bad customer service from the front of house and our waitress (acted like they didn?t want us there). I ordered the grilled seafood platter with shrimp, scallops, crab cake and hush puppies. My friendordered the low country boil. Food came out warm but burnt on the underside and when I asked if my platter came with hushpuppies the picture above is what she gave me (2 hush puppies in total). Totally understanding of the long waits and busyrestaurant but we weren?t treated the best.
Arrived early on a Saturday afternoon (4pm) to put our name on the list for dinner for a party of 8. They don't take reservations. Parking is awful. No available spots in the Reds parking area. Finally able to find parking in the garage for $11. While waiting, we enjoyed the views, some outdoor seating and a walkway on both sides of the creek. Boat parking available. We were seated by about 5:15pm outside. Nice weather with a jacket. Looked like a mix of locals and tourists.

In town on a business trip and this place was recommended to us by the locals. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere was fun, friendly, and a great location! We had to wait about 20 minutes to get seated but it was worth the wait. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. Our whole group tried the fish and chips and everyone loved it. The atmosphere was great, and we enjoyed having the choice to eat inside or outside. Fridays tend to be busy because of the live music, so expect a wait, but on Saturday afternoon we were seated right away. I highly recommend this spot!

Situated right next to the river to enjoy the scenery. The restaurant is busy and popular. Our waitress was friendly and provided good service. Lots of options on the menu. The food was good but not the best. A good place overall that's lively. A good experience for me.
Red's Ice House is a fantastic destination for seafood lovers. The food is flavorful and affordable. I especially recommend the baked oysters. The only downside was the cleanliness, as the tables and chairs felt sticky and there was food on the floor.

Quickly got seats around the bar with a good view of the water. Saw some dolphins while enjoying tasty food and drink. Try a bucket cocktail sunburned tourist and voodoo were good! The fried seafood platter and seafood nachos were also delish.
