Redz - Réservation de table

I appreciated that this restaurant wasn't overcrowded with reservations. Perhaps the fact that it's part of a hotel keeps some diners away, or maybe they just do a good job of managing availability expectations. I would compare this restaurant to the Hyde Park locations I've visited at Holiday Inns across the country. I'm not certain if the beef is USDA Prime (if it is, they should definitely promote that), but it tasted excellent, which might be a testament to the skill of the chef. The drinks could use some improvement, but to be fair, it's challenging to find a good Blue Cheese Stuffed Dirty Martini anywhere.

I had the Ahi Tuna and it was excellent. We had a new young server who handled our table effectively, but most important to me was one of those unseen events. I mistakenly left my credit card in the bill folder. when I came back the following day, my card was waiting for me at the Registration Desk. Very thankful!

The drinks were great and so was the service. However, the food was poor to adequate. My wife had the pork chop which was raw in the middle and my Bronzino was strong tasting. Not going back!

The best part of saying as great as always is there's always something new to be great... From fun wait staff to superb and engaging chef to the delicious fare.... Desert was fabulous... Réservez une table maintenant

My bartender, Wayne , was phenomenal. Never lets me down. He suggested an apple cinnamon old fashioned , BEST ONE IVE EVER HAD . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The atmosphere was lovely, but unfortunately, the food overall did not meet our expectations. We were a group of ten, and none of us truly enjoyed our meals.
