We were there yesterday. The food was some of the best we have ever eaten. Unfortunately, the service was a disaster. We were there at 8:30pm and waited 30 minutes before we could order. We then had to wait a full 1 hour and 15 minutes for our starters even though we only ordered oysters, carpaccio and crab cake, which shouldn't have taken that long. Additionally, all three starters came at the same time, even though we specifically asked for them to be served separately as our table was very small. Food was good, but my friends that’s not enough to get a RESTAURANT mention. Service was just embarrassing. We ordered wine and it was just left in the table. The waiter forced us to get all meat cooked the same way. They have poured meat...juice on one of us. We ordered dessert and after mins of waiting we asked for the bill without anything served. So disappointed from the whole evening, we will never return. I understand busy nights are hard, but just keep in mind who’s the customer and who’s paying for the bill.
Went there yesterday for Valentine's Day. Store full, staff overwhelmed! Guys, you charge hefty prices and the food is delicious! But waiting 40 minutes for drinks and two hours for food is not possible. So get greedy again, only fill the store as much as the staff can handle it and pay attention to service! Otherwise it will backfire, no matter how tasty (and expensive) your steaks are!
recommend this restaurant during the visit of the boat fair. accidentally my birthday was and this restaurant has not disappointed us. more satisfied meat and I as a pescatarier. excellent wine card and attentive staff with great ambiente. easy confusion about billing and drinking money at the end led to challenges. .

We had a business dinner at Reef and Beef. The steak was good, but over-priced and a little over cooked too (for rare saignant). The dish comes with no vegetables so everything is extra. There is better and better value in Dusseldorf!
sister restaurant of the classic western steakhouse and the menu is very similar. I will say the same about both restaurants, my favorite steak is ribeye, but what they serve here is too much for my taste. .
Went there for new year's eve They were able to accommodate us despite a late booking. Service and food were excellent tuna was cooked on point. We had a truly wonderful evening. Highly recommended!
We had dinner at this restaurant. We went there to eat kobe beef, however it really didnot look and taste like kobe. However overall the food was nice, wine was very nice too.

nothing is better than a perfectly cooked steak that cries on the teller when it comes. the service is excellent and the price appropriate for the quality of eating?
