Stumbled upon this place by accident and ended up loving it. The hours online are deceptive; we went in before they opened for dinner but the owner happily served us wine and cheese on a slow afternoon. He was very friendly and accommodating and the wine he recommended us was delicious. The cheese board was inexpensive and huge. Would be a regular here if I lived in Paris! Would highly recommend for an afternoon snack, but am confident the food would be delicious as well.
Good place to have a drink or an appetizer. The duck terrine is very good appetizer. The bar has a very nice atmosphere. I would not go for dinner though if you want to really experience french cuisine, only tourists were eating dinner and you are stuck up on the second floor away from the nice looking bar. The dinner was average, nothing to talk about. So if you go, go for a drink and an appetizer then move on to have dinner.
Le service était impeccable et très efficace. Cependant, la nourriture était vraiment moyenne. Le poisson et la fondue de poireaux étaient secs et sans goût. La plus grande déception a été le dessert. Une clémentine pétillante avec du cacao et du miel, rien de plus et certainement pas digne de figurer sur la carte des desserts. Un effort supplémentaire sera nécessaire pour améliorer la qualité de la nourriture.
We dropped into Regal for a break and a drink after inclement weather and discovered a lovely wine bar and cafe. The decor is what I picture when I think of a neighbourhood wine bar and food provider. We didn't eat on this occasion although the food on display looked great. Instead we tried some local wine and beer guided by the friendly and very helpful manager. Will definitely return. Réservez une table maintenant
Nous avons eu la meilleure fin à nos quelques jours à Paris dans ce super bar, où ils fêtaient leur 2ème anniversaire. Nous avons dansé et dégusté de merveilleux vins, et avons été très bien accueillis. Une soirée formidable, nous y retournerons certainement la prochaine fois que nous serons à Paris.
Saw the recommendation on Trip advisor and thought my wife and I should give this restaurant a try. Was thoroughly impressed with the services. The waiter had a good knowledge of his wine list and menu and the food was very tasty and didn’t take too long to prepare. A great little restaurant.
Nous avons passé un moment fantastique dans ce petit bijou à Paris. Si vous recherchez des produits excellents, frais et de grande qualité, ne cherchez pas plus loin ! Les vins, fromages et planches de charcuterie débordent de saveurs ! Alex était un hôte exceptionnel, merci !
Exquisite cuisine, while still maintaining its originality. Warm and friendly service. Have been coming here for a couple of years and love it more each time. Please help this young and dedicated couple make it but don't let it be taken over ! Réservez une table maintenant
We had a very nice time in Regal for Brunch. Food was fresh anc nice? The team was lovely and very friendly.. The place is cosy and the owner made me a unique special spicy tea that was just delicious.
