Had always heard about this place, but had never been. Finally stopped in since I was nearby and tried out one of their sandwiches and some sides. Everything was very good. side quantity was plentiful and they also have Boylan sodas. Not insanely priced for the quality. Service was just fine. It's counter service basically with a few tables to eat at. You pour your own drink. Lots of parking. Definitely coming back. Service: Dine in
Small shop for a sandwich and a beer. Food is very good and they have a nice little happy hour offer (M-F). Good selection of traditional deli-type sandwiches from around the country, a couple of beers to offer, homemade chips, and crafty sodas and fruit infusions/teas, make this a worthy stop. For some, the selections in both sandwich options and beers may be limiting, and they only have two kids meal options.
Tonight we tried the lobster roll (delish), the crab cake sandwich (the crab cake itself was okay, but I the l/t/m/o and sauce that came on it definitely elevated the taste). I really enjoyed the old bay kettle chips and broccoli salad. I could eat an entire bowl of each! Zach took our order over the phone, and Ella was our cashier. She was so nice!!! Service: Takeaway
Needed a place to eat before a field hockey game. I search for a restaurant with 4+ rating. We got the Italian sandwich with potato salad. The California chicken with broccoli salad. Both were delicious and plenty to eat. The service was excellent. If we are back in the area we would drop by again. Try the root beer !!! It was delicious, but the “Indiana Tenderloin” wasn’t quite how we have them in Missouri. Which is fine! But I am more used to tomato, pickle, ketchup and mustard as opposed to a garlic aoli. Would come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
My husband and I tried the Louisiana shrimp po' boy, while my mom ordered the Cuban sandwich, and everything was fantastic! It was our first visit, and we will definitely return! We also really enjoyed the homemade chips!
Fantastic lunch spot! The Bavarian chicken sandwich was outstanding. The salt and vinegar chips could have been a bit more tangy, but overall it was still a great experience.
