Very very poor service. We booked via a 3rd party but that should not matter. I contracted Covid 4 days prior to our stay. We contacted them and asked if we could alter the booking by 2 weeks and they flat out told us they could not be flexible and we would have to just loose our money. 200 Euros down the drain even though they had rooms available 2 weeks later at the same price. Customer service non existent! I never been treated this badly by a supposedly high class hotel. Edit: The hotel replied to this review and added nothing new. Expedia and check 24 told us it was at the hotels discresion as to allow us to change dates or get a refund, they declined to do this. This is poor service. T...

We were here a year ago. Was okay. Breakfast way too expensive for the offer was planning to book again this year 19.12.22. Always look at booking first. Until my big surprise is straight books cost more than by booking plus 25 euros, this while the hotel has to at least 15 a 20 to booking. When I wanted to negotiate. I got turned off like a bazar negotiator. I find that a grave insult. I'm never coming back here. So be warned. Booking can be cheaper than straight books! Rooms: 2x02 Location: 3
