I like the kindness of this kind of institution. We eat there quite well and the principle of disposable gloves to help the buffet and a good initiative. I always regret when I see that a large room was baptized at the end of the service, that I am forced to eat at a table instead of at another. As if 5 tables were throwing away, it was madness. So I found myself at dinner in an empty room under a screaming television. I knew I didn't like it, but I had no choice, that's where I served and nowhere else.
