I have visited the aerodrome and restaurant several times in the past, and always been pleased with the food and service. This time however, it was a disaster.A surly, spotty youth pointed me to a table in the bar for lunch, where I waited 5 minutes for a menu, then decided to collect one myself. I waited another 10 minutes to place my order while he attended a family which had sat down AFTER me. The usual waiter, and older man who appeared cheerful and efficient by comparison, was unfortunately busy serving in the restaurant next door.By the time 20 minutes had passed, I was noting the times for this report. Pour ceux qui volent à Abbeville, et c'est un endroit populaire en route depuis le Royaume-Uni pour beaucoup, c'est facile et pratique. Fermez le plan de vol, attachez l'avion et promenez-vous dans une salle et un excellent repas. Mangez-les sur la terrasse protégée ou à l'intérieur. La nourriture est d'un standard plus élevé que l'hébergement, mais cela dit, les chambres sont parfaitement confortables et spacieuses, si ce n'est luxueuses. Peu importe combien de fois nous avons séjourné ici, nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Les dîners sont les meilleurs moments. L'hôtel familial travaille dur pour plaire et décevoir certains à mon avis. Personnellement, je préfère mon pain du petit-déjeuner fr...

Close the flight plan, tie down the aeroplane and stroll across to get a room and an excellent meal. Eat on the sheltered...terrace or inside. The food is of a higher standard than the accommodation, but that said, the rooms are perfectly comfrtable and spacious, if not luxurious. As often as we have stayed here, we have yet to be disappointed. Evening meals are best. The family-run hotel works hard to please and disappoints few, in my opinion. Peronally, I prefer my breakfast bread fresh, not toasted, but it's a minor quibble. One merely has to ask...

Nous sommes venus déjeuner lors d'une journée de piste et avons pensé à un sandwich rapide. Le menu déjeuner était très bon marché, alors nous avons décidé de nous installer. Nous avons si bien mangé que nous n'avions plus faim pour le dîner, donc nous avons changé nos plans et avons pris une traversée de tunnel plus tôt.
