On vacation, we wanted to eat something other than schnitzel. So we called the court to see if we could reserve for the culinarium 2.0. The property is truly beautiful. We couldn't see where we were supposed to be right away, but after what opened doors, it was obvious that the culinarium was closed and dark. At remise, they seemed to be expecting us. All right, let's change your mind. We could be in a very atmosphere garden that was very nicely enlightened. We ordered a glass of cult, and bottle of water and a bottle of wine card. The water and the cult came. After that, my friend had tuna that she was strongly spiced, and I had wildconsume that was so salty that I couldn't go beyond half. Admitted to the waitress who picked it up asked about it, but didn't do anything with it. The wine hadn't arrived yet. Before we could ask about it, the service had flown. The main dish. I had sous vide prepared chicken breast. Kind of weird. with bone. The chicken was as good as tacky, the gravy indefinable and the wine was still racing. My friend had salmon wrench that was both flavorless and tough. By picking up the signs, it really didn't go to wish. Apologies were all over the place and dessert was offered away. But we were done. We're not gonna try that again. The people around us were having a good time, so we might just have had bad luck.
That was great! Perfectly prepared dishes: beard cream, wild bratwurst with grass, panna cotton of delicate bitter with cherry sorbet. Large Pinot Pinot Rosé for only 7.20 Eur, 0.2. Life is too short to drink bad wine (Göthe). Great service, friendly and very competent.
