Removed: El Pollo Loco

It's a hit and miss. Half of the time it's good, and right. The other half is a mess and wrong. Sometimes the chicken is good, sometimes way dry. Sometimes the customer service is awesome, others, they can't get a single item right, even if you're only ordering 2 items. 2 1/2 stars for me. And only because I love the double chicken tostada, when it'smade right. But would be much better with black beans.

We are from Oregon and had never been to this restaurant before, so I was excited to try it during our trip. The chickenless pollo burrito (which can also be made vegan, as indicated on the menu) was incredibly delicious. I also loved the side of chips and salsa. If I come across another one of these restaurants during our trip, I will definitely stop by for another quick meal.

My girlfriend was violently throwing up for 3 days straight after only eating from this location. Friendly service at the cash register but some guy was trying to sweep under our feet in the lobby when we were the only ones there's. Definitely made her uncomfortable, just not as much as the food. Save your money, go to Chipotle

They usually love this place, but today it looked like they didn't even try. ordered a taquito salad. you can see from the picture how you were the taquitos and the other huh was like rubber and very dry. pretty sad because I'm here a lot. that could change my mind.

faster and friendly service. I was told that the burritos are really good. I had the 2 pieces chicken flour.
