Last minute dinner at Remy last night. I can't believe we've never actually made it here before as plenty of locals have spoken so well of this place. We arrived at 7:15pm on a Friday night without a booking and little hope of getting a table. They found us a wonderful spot at the end of the bar with a view of the restaurant, but cozy and private at the same time. The menu was extensive with plenty of tough choices to be made. We hit-up the tapas menu, sharing three items, a Jamon and bravas starter, followed by calamares and then lamb skewers, matched with a glass of Spanish white and a Spanish beer. We were very well looked after for a couple of last minute blow-ins. The food came out one...
Delicious food!! Began with the dips and they were all great! Other tapas items we had included the patatas bravas, chili gambas, olives, calamares, chorizo con pure and the jamon serrano tabla all were delicious and perfectly cooked. The calamari was a stand out it was so soft and well seasoned I wanted more! We then shared the chicken paella and that had wonderful flavour! To finish off our meal we had the churros yum! The staff were also lovely and very friendly and provided us with great recommendations. Can't wait to return and try more of the menu!
in general, very good taste and potion, three of us had three tapas and a small paella feeling reasonably full, but of course we went on ordering two desserts for sharing. With a drink or two for each of us- came to roughly $50pp- the beef meatball was delightful! Great atmosphere- busy on a Wednesday, but staff are super attentive and friendly- only down side is it's slightly stuff sitting inside- the air con was a bit weak on a warm summer day Would go back great to try more of their tapas menu!
Brilliant little Tapas restaurant with a lively and authentic Spanish vibe. Food was superb. So fresh and delicious. Between 3 we ordered a selection of Tapas dishes including the fried zucchini flowers, calamari, jamon croquetas, prawn and chorizo skewers, bacon wrapped dates and scallops with tomato and garlic salsa. I thoroughly enjoyed every single dish. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. My only comment is that the food possibly came out a little too fast.

Get transported to Spain. The restaurant has an authentic ambience of an old-world Spanish restaurant. The tapas menu was very extensive with many interesting choices to try. Sangria was pretty refreshing. The seafood paella had lots of seafood in it! I would suggest ordering only 1 large paella to share among four (as it is very filling) so you can try more tapas smaller dishes. Service was average.
Had lunch on Sunday. Ordered Patatas Bravas Cabra Al Palo Calamares Chicken Paella for three We enjoyed everything especially Cabra Al Palo (goat meatballs). It was fresh and full of flavour. Paella was cooked a different way from what we expected, but it was still good. They have plenty of GF dishes. They even offered to cook calamari gluten free! Service was nice and friendly.
Lovely tapas here，looking forward to coming back and trying the other dishes. We had the patatas bravas， the pork ribs，spanish meatballs，and chicken paella. The highlight was the meatballs，which were juicy and well flavoured. The pork was a bit average，but the other dishes more than made up for it.
Remy Bar De Tapas is a well loved local favorite. The food is delicious, the service is warm the atmosphere is fantastic. Select a range of tapas to start, enjoy a paella for your main finish with churros. This is a great pick for a date night or a family dinner.

Amazing food, service and sangria. The staff are so friendly and warm. My FAVOURITE restaurant by far. Try the mussels and calamari!! Cant fault at all YUM! Hope to see you soon guys!!
