The boss, Jean Louis, was also very present and responsive to our requests. Before we booked i tried to contact the property, because we had some questions. But they didn't answer (email and WhatsApp). We booked through Booking for 5 days and paid directly. Later that day i got an email from the property through the system of Booking: i could cancel my reservation for free. Of course i didn't ask for any cancellation. A beautiful, quiet, very clean facility. We (2 adults, two children 8 and 13 years old) stayed there for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was always very courteous and helpful, the staff at the bar and in the restaurant were very friendly. The distances are all short, between the pool and the beach (very well maintained) are just 200m, you can walk to the nearest supermarket along the beach, takes about 15 minutes. Small, pretty hotel complex. Although it's close to the streets, it might only be a problem if you have an apartment on the street. We only stayed one night and it was very quiet.
