During our stay in the hotel Residenz Heinz Winkler in June 2018, we enjoyed an exquisite 5-course gala dinner with an excellent selection of corresponding wines in the award-winning gourmet restaurant led by Mr Heinz Winkler and his son Mr Alexander Winkler. The service of the restaurant personnel was highly professional and very dedicated and cordial. The breakfast served in the morning was excellent. In addition, we had the opportunity to participate in an exclusive small group cooking course led by Mr Heinz Winkler and his chef de cuisine Mr Steffen Mezger. As experienced during our previous visit, everything fits into the smallest detail in the residence. The reception for dinner is warm, the accompaniment to the table obligatory and the bank for the handbag of the companion a pleasant side picture. Immediately afterwards, the good spirits of the service begin their excellent work. All that comes now is simply great, as already mentioned in my first criticism, seems to be a spectacle in which the guest has the focus, but nevertheless to be precise and warm and cheerful.
