Das Hotel befindet sich auf einem Berg 20min von Lugano. Die Lage ist obwohl nicht am See wunderschön. Obwohl das Hotel riesig wirkt hat es nur etwa 40 Zimmer von guter Grösse mit super Bad. Das Check-In verlief unkompliziert und die Angestellten waren im gesamten Hotel sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant wie auch das Frühstück waren für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Der SPA ist zwar klein aber dafür sehr schön. Negativ aufgefallen waren mir kleine Details die ich in diesem 5 Sterne Hotel vermisst habe. Es gibt keinen Turndown service am Abend und deshalb nur 2 kleine und 2 Grösse Badetücher pro Abend und Morgen. Das Check Out is für die Luxuskategorie ebenfalls sehr ungewöhnlich schon um 11. O...
Everything is excellent. But I was very disappointed by the small and narrow beds. Didn't sleep well. In my view this is a no go for a resort of this level. I give 3 stars by respect for the excellent personnel. I was more prone to give only 1 star to warn other guests, who, like me, consider bedding as very important. A SPA where you don't sleep well... Isn't it just a contradiction? Picture depicts room 605.
