Restaurant Abbaye de Valmagne

J'ai adoré cet endroit. En attendant la visite de nos épouses à l'abbaye, nous nous sommes installés dans un verre de vin et trois heures plus tard, nous avons savouré le repas le plus étonnant avec le retour des filles. Tout dans cet endroit était charmant, très chic, et la nourriture et le vin étaient exceptionnels. Les serveurs étaient absolument excellents et le propriétaire est un propriétaire multigénérationnel de l'abbaye et du vignoble. Si je devais chercher des critiques, sa femme (la madame) ferait bien de se détendre, elle n'aimait pas que nous prenions un verre de vin dans le restaurant malgré le fait que nous sommes ensuite restés trois heures et avons accumulé un facture correc...

I had the formula which was €23 was light but tasty. The entree of deep fried chèvre with a delightful salad made up of salad, herbs and flowers was very nice. The main course that followed of stuffed zucchini served with red rice was a little too bland for my taste but very healthy. The dessert of cooked apricots in white cheese was nice but not anything special. The staff and the ambience on the terrace which is surrounded by vineyards and garden w delightful.

This is a great day out. The Abbaye is beautiful and full of history. Lunch at the attached restaurant was really very good. Extremely fresh, locally sourced and organic ingredients beautifully cooked and presented. The use of local herbs and spices really enhanced the taste. Served with the Abbaye's wine. English spoken. Friendly staff. Reservations are a must during high season (via email or phone).

A perfect lunch starting with organic grape juice made from several varieties grown on the estate followed by a sumptuous light lunch with red rice from the Carmargue region. Washed down with a delightful rose from the Abbaye. The owner was very gracious and the service just right. A wonderful place to visit. We missed the symphony concert in the courtyard the night before but heard it was fabulous. Réservez une table maintenant

We had a lovely meal, and nice wine in this beautifully situated restaurant. Authentic rustic french cuisine, with lots of local ingredients, many sourced from the gardens of the Abbaye. Very nice lamb steak. Overall an excellent experience!

Après avoir dépassé deux salles et avoir dû repousser notre mariage pour des raisons financières, j'avais du mal à trouver un endroit qui accepterait à l'extérieur

C'était un début difficile. Ils avaient changé plusieurs fois de manager et d'employé, donc j'avais des informations mitigées.
