Spiridon Chatsalis, the owner of the Athen Restaurant is from an Island off the North West coast of Greece. His recipe for small calamari is fantastic...just like we enjoyed in Greece. All of the food is prepared in the Greek style The calamari is fresh, not frozen; It is served as the whole creature. The calamari heads and bodies are separated but serve together together...just like in Greece. The Greek salads here are wonderful too. The super deserts are all from family recipes. The service is excellent. The restaurant is clean and includes private booths, tables, and a large outside garden area for use in the summer months. It's the perfect combination of food and atmosphere that we seek...
