Had 2 meals here during 8 day trip to watch WTA tour tennis tournament. An intimate L-shaped restaurant (a mix of Swiss cottage interior with Thai decorations) with approximately 16 tables. Wide ranging menu with meat, poultry, fish vegetarian options. I had duck in oyster sauce on 1st visit fish in a spicy sauce on 2nd. Both were excellent reasonably priced at 27 SFR including rice. Had a yummy coconut ice-cream for dessert on both visits. Good range of wine, beer (both Swiss imported) and soft drinks. Staff were extremely friendly attentive.
As other people already wrote, the server don’t speak a lot of German/ French and we therefore got the wrong meal (chicken instead of beef), but as we were hungry, we accepted it. In my opinion, the majority of the reviews here are completely overrated: the meal was okay, but the quality of the chicken wasn’t very good: there were no “good” parts, no breast, only remains, the waiter wasn’t especially friendly and the price was around 90 CHF for 2 without alcoholic beverages, 2 starters and 2 main dishes.
the soup was only the sweet restaurant steinhard not to chew. in the yellow curry were in there. the rest was ok, but no highlight. unfortunately
