Once again we were able to spend a lovely evening in the Bahnhof Restaurant. Starting with the greeting from the kitchen, decorated with a daisy that beamed at me. Afterwards I enjoyed a cream of asparagus soup, which left a great aroma on my tongue. Accompanied by the delicious “thank you rolls”, which are always a great pleasure for me. This was followed by the main course, veal steak, which was superbly fried, juicy, tender and pink, covered with a fine morel cream sauce, served with noodles cooked all dente, accompanied by a colorful vegetable bouquet, imaginatively staged, consisting of asparagus, carrots, creamed spinach, kohlrabi, fennel, Zuccheti and broccoli, each vegetable impresse...
The food was excellent, even if we only ordered a delicious large pumpkin soup and a garnished sausage salad for dinner. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough for the service employees. The cutlery and butter peels were vigorously taken away from us, as were the fine sausage rolls and nuts that were warmly offered and served to us by Monika Inauen. The wine was only brought to us after dinner. We have never been served so coldly, arrogantly and carelessly in a restaurant!
