Located in Hotel Le Montagnais, this restaurant is a great option for those with celiac disease or concerns about cross contamination. The person in charge, Jérémie, was knowledgeable and able to offer safe options for supper. I was pleased with the simple yet tasty salmon and veggies plate, especially considering the limited gluten-free options in Saguenay. It's recommended to make reservations in advance. Additionally, we brought a cooler and stored items in our hotel fridge, and requested a microwave upon check-in, which was convenient for our hiking days.
I had the most excellent fillet mignon dinner I have had in a long time, but you'll need to find your own company. The company makes the meal, of course this meal was top-notch to start with. I am hoping to eat here once more before departing this town. I will be back though.Parking: As this restaurant is located in the hotel, even if you park at the other side of this facility an outside door will make for a short trip to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: While the restaurant is on the second floor the facility is fully accessible.
Nous avons commandés un ravioli au homard qui goute la farine et un hamburger sec et sans gout.... Facture 200$... Entrée recu a la fin de notre plat principale... Le légendaire porte très mal son nom. Moi et ma femme ne le vous recommende pas! Soupe au légume en conserve pain en plastique micro onde.... Brefff Don't even go there Mcdonald way beter!
To be honest, my motive for eating here was that it was attached to the hotel. But it turned out to be a good choice on its own merit. The prime rib was excellent, as were the martinis at the bar. The bartender's English was just a little better than my (poor) French, but with a little time and good humor we managed to communicate just fine. Réservez une table maintenant
Restaurant situé à même notre hôtel Le Montagnais. Quelques options sans gluten, surtout des grillades. La serveuse était bien au courant de la maladie et de leur réalité en cuisine donc a bien pu me conseiller. J’ai mangé un filet mignon sans sauce avec pomme de terre au four et légumes. Bonne expérience en général.
