And since it was a pifferling (chanterelle) season, I had the salad with warm Chanterelles: excellent! After a good break I had the classic liver cheese (lever meat) with potato salad and fried egg, a typical hearty dish from my past. Despite our reservation, only one cutlery was on the table. When the waitress brought the missing cutlery, she didn't bring glasses. We had to remind her. The food was mediocre. I would have expected more. The salad was soggy with a too sweet sauce. The grilled vegetables were drowned in the oil. Soups and sauces from instant mixes. The skin of the coq au vin was still on. Das Ambiente ist etwas kühl - mancher mag es wohl so, der Service ist hervorragend, die Küche (geschmorte Bäckchen mit etwas bissfestem Gemüse (Geschmacksache) Zunge und Suppenfleisch und ebenfalls Gemüse sind gut! Das Hausdessert ist sehr fein!Die Gesamtnote liegt zwischen befriedigend und sehr gut!
