The hotel is apparently mainly used by business travelers who also find themselves in the restaurant in the evening. guests looking for the restaurant (only) to eat are inferior. we decided again today for the restaurant birkenhof to dinner. the menu is always varied and designed after the season. This is why it is always exciting to browse through the map again. We had as appetizers this evening with an egg, as well as a wild herb salad. all fresh and tasty.As a main dish we had lambkarree with brokkolimus and potato cubes, as well as 1/2 pfund spa gel with sosse hollandaise and fish fried in strawberry.It was very tasty, saturating and great for the eye.It is simply a great restaurant where you can enjoy qualitatiw good speien prepared again!
we have already fed very well in the restaurant birkenhof, the foods are fine and well prepared and the card is changed occasionally. the early year and the summer when you can eat on the terrace, because the ambiente is wonderful. unfortunately the room for the restaurant is also provided for the breakfast of the guests of the hotel, this makes it a bit monotonous in the evening. the reception was a bit dröge, as we actually wanted to have organized a champagne reception, but the service did not come into the showers. we gave ourselves. eating was good, the dessert bombastic. a little bit has been agreed that a barrier-free sanitation had been affirmed, but this was not present. it was provided a room where the toilet could be used, unfortunately the door was so narrow that the rolli did not pass through. you shouldn't say anything, just to get the job, that's coming back to the house.
we stayed with the family here at christmas and have ordered both one of the menus as well as a la carte.The art, selection and preparation of the food was here as well as the excellent service. Here you can feel that the gas is at the center.The only area where you can still improve is the ambience after our view.We will come back with safety and recommend this excellent restaurant.
excellent cuisine can be found at a visit in the birkenhof. we celebrated the 60th birthday of my father there and from the pre-conversation to the end of the celebration everything went to our satisfaction. the food was excellent. the spaces are large and the terrace invites you to the aperitif. the rooms are cozy and bright. All in all we can highly recommend the hotel.
in the last few months we were always in the restaurant and have never regretted it. This time it was more beautiful. as always delicious food (rumpsteak with wildsalat, wiener kalbsschnitzel with bratkartoffeln, to finish a seductive crème brûlée) and a friendly service - only this time on the summer terrace. we've never regretted eating here. my training event was really very well organized. the cessation of the participants to the midday was top. the drinks and the little snacks, cakes etc. were very good.Every night I had eaten there.
