Gestern abend waren wir von Freunden ins Restaurant Blumenhof in Sinzig eingeladen, Tisch für 6 Personen war reserviert, wir pünktlich vor Ort und die einzigen Gäste im Haus.........Naja, zum Ambiente in einem kroatischen Restaurant brauche ich nicht viel zu sagen, deshalb geht man sicher nicht dahin. Essenstechnisch hatte ich ebenfalls nicht allzu viel erwartet. Kroatisch (früher sagte man jugoslawisch) eben. Was dann aber die Küche lieferte war einfach nur ein Albtraum: Vorspeisensalat mit matschigem Weisskohl, geriebenen Möhren, einem halben Blatt Salat (ungelogen) mit undefinierbaren Dressing. Ausserdem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass dieser „Salat“ kurz vor dem „Umfallen“ schnell noch zum...
Yesterday evening we were invited by friends to the Restaurant Blumenhof in Sinzig, table for 6 people was reserved, we were on time on site and the only guests in the house.........Naja, to the ambience in a Croatian restaurant I don't need much to say so sure you won't go there. I didn't expect too much food either. Croatian (formerly it should be Yugoslav). But what the kitchen supplied was simply a nightmare: appetizer salad with muddy white cabbage, grated carrots, half a leaf of salad (unslogous) with undefined dressing. In addition, I had the impression that this “Salat” was quickly brought to the guest just before the “rounding” – another hour in the cold house and he would be pamper...
This place includes the exemplary and very free service staff that you can recommend at any time. The boss personally takes care of a family celebration and also takes into account special wishes in the same good quality as the standard. Meat, fish, vegetarians or vegans are all filled with the same quality. Why 75? Birthday here now for the 80th and promised is the next round birthday in my family again.
