We didnt realise when we booked into this hotel that it was run by social services to help people who have been unemployed for a long time,to return to work. Unfortunately the building needs a lot of money spent to bring it up to date. The female staff were very friendly and helpful, but our room smelt of tobacco and burnt fat. We arrived on a Friday and ate at 8pm. The food was not very good and we were asked to pay up at 10pm, so they could close. They are closed sat/Sun, so we were alone in the hotel Friday night and couldnt get breakfast Sat morning.On the Saturday we went across the bridge to a cafe (Mayr) and had a fantastic breakfast, served by delightful staff. it made up for the nig...
