Restaurant Castillo

This restaurant serves Mexican, Indian and Italian cuisine. They should have focused on just one type of cooking. it was a very odd menu. It took quite a while for our food to arrive. Our plates were garnished in an amateurish manner. Our husbands ordered lamb which turned out to be stamp sized pieces. Their plates were filled with fries and noodles. My friend had calamari which was tasteless. My order was the only one which was passable- chili con carne. The food was expensive. The lamb with 3 teeny tiny pieces cost Francs27.50. I will not return. The only good thing that I can say about this establishment is that the restrooms were very new. Perhaps if you are in need of a toilet, one can...

Ein ordentlicher Internet-Auftritt und die hübsch gestaltete Speisekarte haben uns dazu verführt, das Lokal trotz mässiger Bewertung früherer Gäste zu besuchen. Unser Eindruck: Die Speisen waren essbar, jedoch nach unserem Verständnis lieblos auf den Tellern angerichtet, also. Unklar ist, wie das Lokal die vielen unterschiedlichen Speisen einigermassen frisch zubereiten will. Vielleicht sind die angepriesenen Buffets ein Hit? Wir werden's nicht ausprobieren.

Habe hier Mittaggegessen. Das Essen war nicht weltklasse aber ging noch.Mir fiel auf das jedoch in verschiedene Richtungen gekocht wird, mexikanisch italienisch asiatisch. Wäre gut sich auf nur eine Küche zu konzentrieren.

The service was amazing . The owner was most polite and accommodating . Strongly recommend the pizzas and Tex mex platter

Das Ambiente ist zwar nicht sehr heimelig, aber das Essen ist gut und die Portionen sind gut. Vorallem das Mexikanische.
