Restaurant Celia - Réserver une table

In October, outside the season on a weekday, our party of 5 were the only diners. We were hikers in a nearby hostel. The restaurant, located 3 kilometers away, sent cars to get us, actually came the cook and his wife in...2 cars! We skipped the pilgrim menu and went for the higher formula. We had courses that the local version of vegetable soup, asparagus, wild boar with bowls of Haricots verts and a melange of wild mushrooms as well as frits, and an fruit cake dessert. After the exchange of 2 bottles of wine, we paid 21 euros each, and with our hosts we entertained their agricultural activity.

Christophe est un véritable artiste culinaire ! Utilisant les ressources des produits de saison et locaux il sait pour notre plus grand plaisir harmoniser les saveurs tel un peintre faisant chanter toutes les nuances de sa palette.L'accueil et le sourire de Naïma ajoutent une note sensuelle à ce bouquet de plaisir.C'était aujourd'hui l'anniversaire de ma petite fille; nous avons dégusté au dessert un croquant de chocolat digne des plus grands. Merci !!!

Stop in this small restaurant from the main road between Sault de Navailles and Arthez de Bearn! Keep your eyes open or you could miss the sign for the smaller road. Was delicious we enjoyed our lunch very much! Very generous portions, homemade and make sure to save space for dessert!

Peut resto sympathique, la cuisine est très très bonne produits locaux) et copieuse. Les patrons sont accueillants et très sympathiques
