We had a wonderful dinner in this restaurant after we had visited a theatre near by. It was a Friday evening and the restaurant was filled with young well mannered people. We enjoyed excellent Italian food and wine. My wife and I started with Calamaro...su passata di melanzane , which was very good. I then had a Tagliata di tonno alle erbette and my wife had San Pietro alla Provenzale with Prosecco Risotto. The fish were fresh and we were surprised to be able to have such wonderful menus in this part of Zurich. The people in the restaurant were professional and friendly. We were outside at the Ristorante Cinque for dinner. The service was very attentive and friendly. The pasta dishes (Pappardelle al sugo bolognese con carne di cinghiale, Tortelli di magro di carne con pomodori secchi) were a poem: incredibly tasty, the portions not too big....A real espresso at the end made the whole thing perfect. Gladly again.
Food is fine, but not very seasonal and not very vegi-friendly. I would have liked to have ordered just the side dishes on one of the menu items (i.e. just left out the scaloppine), but they refused to serve it to me. Incomprehensible to me! Then I had to order one of the two vegetarian menus, which was good, but I didn't feel like it.
Oustanding Italian food the ‚Flan di zucchine al tartufo‘ (starter) and the ‚Tagliolini al tartufo nero‘ (housemade) were amazing. Service was a real Italian experience friendly, funny, and also quite directThanks!

Great Restaurants with the “,you are in Italy” Flair. The Music is always focused on the atmosphere but not too loud so that you can still have a proper conversation.
