A little disappointed by the restaurant that we were sold as the best in town. Fried meat on today's menu: it could have been pangasius. The fish didn't taste good even though it was well cooked. Homemade gazpacho and tapenade as an excellent starter. Big disappointment and disgust at dessert with a lemon tartlet covered in whipped cream with a taste of curdled milk. Very warm welcome from the staff who took great care.
Die Speisen, Fischsuppe, Fisch, Rindstatar, Safranrisotto. Alles hervorragend frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet. Das Rest. liegt im Zentrum des schönen Städtlein Estavayer le Lac. Gemütlich und einfach eingerichtet mit einem sympathischen Service. Einzig der Preis für 1Lt. Mineralwasser ist frech, CHF 9.--/lt. Alles andere ist preislich eher gehoben, aber gerechtfertigt. Wir kommen wieder.
Following the arrival of the new owners, the quality of the services, the menus, the presentation of the plates, the flavors offered and the good humor, helpfulness, advice from the entire team, I highly recommend this restaurant for have a nice time there! I've been there several times and I'll let you discover the plates taken in photos to make your mouth water!
Very good restaurant renowned for its cuisine. The dishes are very varied but can quickly get a little expensive all the same. The hunting season is worth the detour. The service is top notch. The terrace is, however, very small and not ideally located, due to the location. The interior is not very well appointed. Réservez une table maintenant
Top Restaurant Essen hervorragend, von den Vorspeisen, Haupgängen bis zu den Desserts! Sehr freundliches Personal. Für das gebotene sind die Preise sehr fair! Sehr empfehenswert wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Schwertfisch vom Grill zum Mittagsmenü, das war fein, dazu einen Salat mit Gazpacho, gute Idee, Glace und Kaffee auch sehr gut, sehr nette Bedienung, preiswert, hier passt alles, Recommande
