Réservé sur recommandation de l'hôtel où nous étions à Ambleteuse et heureux de l'avoir fait car il était complet le soir. La nourriture était super et copieuse, le service était excellent, amical et attentionné, malgré la serveuse occupée. Le restaurant est très bien meublé... pour s'adapter aux circonstances actuelles de Covid-19 et tout le personnel était masqué à tout moment, cela semblait très sûr, contrairement à certains autres endroits que nous avons visités. Dans l'ensemble, une excellente expérience et je le recommande vivement. Nous y sommes allés un jeudi soir et c'était complet, donc je recommande vivement de réserver à l'avance. Toujours brillant (c'est notre 3ème visite cette année) ! La nouvelle équipe (depuis l'année dernière) propose toujours des menus de haute qualité et créatifs avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons l'impression qu'ils s'améliorent de plus en plus avec le temps. Et nous ne serions pas surpris de voir augmenter la...réputation et l'évaluation dans les guides gastronomiques les plus importants. L'atmosphère agréable et le personnel sympathique rendent chaque visite un pur plaisir. Certainement l'un des (nouveaux) lieux sur la Côte d'Opale !

Sunday noon, after a reservation, we arrived....Restaurant pleasant and clear, kindness of restaurant and staff. menus: tasteful crustaceans and well-fresh bar net very well cooked with peppery artichokes and violet desserts: baba to rum (I regretted that it is still hot and a little bit more imbibé would have been welcomed) apéro : very fresh champagne and fried cornets miam! we will go back and why not try the hotel. in addition this establishment is well placed near the beach. short continue, we will return without any problem

We already knew this restaurant but we learned that it had changed owners. So we wanted to realize the change. We were not disappointed. nothing to say, from the entrance to the dessert everything was correct. the kind and diligent service. I think we'll be back. Réservez une table maintenant

What a nice surprise. everything was perfect the service the kindness of the waitress and especially the quality and freshness of the seafood! rarely had this pleasure to eat everything for a more than reasonable price. I'll be back!

J'ai visité plusieurs fois ces dernières années la délicieuse cuisine du village à l'hôtel, excellente, puis juste en haut des escaliers jusqu'au lit Le paradis, pas de conduite, j'espère y être bientôt

La nourriture était excellente, avec des employés très compétents. Bien que l'endroit était bondé, nous n'avons pas attendu trop longtemps et l'ambiance était super. Nous y retournerons certainement.
