Extraordinary dinner for a double birthday. Phenomenal private room, fantastic for this type of occasion, with the walls lined up with an extraordinary collection of bottles. Meal was perfect, fresh and tasty. Service extroardinarily friendly and dedicated. We expected to have a good time, this turned out to be simply grand.We were given the opportunity to visit the hotel: simply splendid, 7 great suites, tastefully furnished. Fantastic terrasse over great stones, splendid swimming pool.

I took my wife to this restaurant for a special celebration and it was just stunning. Appero and dinner on the roof terrace of the hotel amongst the tiles and chimneys of St Remy de Provence. Views of the Alpilles and extremely good food and service to match. Thanks so much to Olivier and his team for our best evening in Provence

What a fantastic restaurant.... meet the owners. Fantastic people. We had lunch and dinner snacks and had the best (tapa) food, loved the local wine and best service. This restaurant/hotel are my only recommendation as a "must visit".

It started to rain whilst we were wondering about the Wednesday market. Decided to dive in to get out of the rain. Exceptional service, view of the street, unpretentious food and welcoming to the dog.
