Ce restaurant local très apprécié propose une excellente cuisine locale avec des produits locaux. Armé et accusé. Je ne mange pas de viande (ce qui peut rendre difficile de manger dans cette région) donc nous réservons un jour à l'avance et le chef est très heureux de me préparer quelque chose de différent. Un rapport qualité-prix incroyable et la propriétaire a l'un des plus beaux sourires de Laissac! Très amical.
