The best spare ribs in the world or at least from all of Alsace-Lorraine! Friendly service, first-class meat with steak and spare ribs and especially the last ones perfectly prepared very tender and in an excellent spicy sauce with honey, garlic and spices. All of this at fair prices and in a simple but beautiful dining room in the old mill.

Very nice home. We ate very well. We will return. Sometimes on Sundays a lot of people, suddenly the service is a bit long.
