Restaurant Du Cours

We've had such great meals in France for reasonable prices that ordinary restaurants seem - well, ordinary. The food was ok and the service was very good - it just wasn't what we've become used to in France. If you are hungry and want food to satisfy your hunger - it's perfectly ok. If you want something special like only the French can do - then try elsewhere.

There isn't much wrong but it isn't that special either and yet the price is higher than other places nearby for the same quality. I guess it's position beside the main road through the town give it a lot of passing trade without them having to try too hard. I can' think of a good reason to go back when I return next year.

We were a party of ten staying in the hotel on a Sunday night not a lot open in the town so decided to eat in the hotel glad we did food was the best we had in the six days we have had in France. Lamb was lovely and tender and the dessert buffet was amazing and the house wine good to

Quick service, good, hot food. Would use again. Mistake for us was to sit inside when everyone else was outside as the flies were trapped inside with us.

Great service. Kidsmenu came super quick which is important for families with small kids. Food very nice and also great service.
