The food was very good and I had nothing to complain about. The service was new and unfortunately had no plan on how the tables were sorted or who had already served. So I had to min between the corridors. 30 minutes. 2x the greeting came from the kitchen (we were funny) and the restaurant manager came to us again and apologized for the chaos. I didn't think it was bad, we all started. Good luck to the new service team.
It was too little staff and the staff present worked overwhelmed with the situation. All guests have always been waiting for their food and beverage requests have been accepted and implemented very time-delayed. However, the food itself was very delicious!
We have always been a guest for many years... but the service is clearly worse - because no staff and therefore no time for the guest and the food is unfortunately no longer fair to the prices..
The food was moderate, the waiters fought, only a vegetarian dish and the ridges were not available. I was a guest at the Heinrichs a couple of years ago and it tasted much better at that time. Réservez une table maintenant
On our special desire a main dish was shared for us, as we wanted to eat only a small portion. Excellent kitchen and ambience.
Eat topp! Prices for EUR 0.2l 12 are covered. On the tables of the terrace, a tablecloth should greatly enhance the ambience.

"Haben 30 (!) Minuten auf zwei Biere gewartet. Das Essen kam dann nach insgesamt 45 min. Sehr vergessliche Bedienung. Das Essen war aber super."
