Hirschen - Réservation de table

Zufällig fuhren wir zur späten Mittagszeit durch das Dorf und entdeckten das Restaurant Hirschen. Das Ambiente ist modern und hell. Die grossen Fenster bieten eine schöne Aussicht aus das Schwyzer Tal. Die Auswahl der Speisen hat uns begeistert - nicht die ewig langweiligen Gerichte. Da gab es zum Beispiel Siedfleisch vom Hirsch. Anderswo schon gesehen? Das Essen war sehr ausgezeichnet. Und der Service freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

top! the personal is friendly and accommodating. eating was fantastic. the carving delicate and the supplements brilliantly matched to it. dessert: ech ha gnueg, ech like nöm, merci was the crowning conclusion and super tasty. it was a really nice joy of the sea. I can only recommend. super!

the wild dishes I loved were always the hammer. unfortunately the webers are now on another location. I will certainly visit both places, the former will be in the new place and the new ones in the brain.

Mal wieder nicht gewüsst wohin zum Essen...dann sind wir im Hirschen eingekehrt. Super leckeres Essen, auch schön angerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da gehen wir sicher! Réservez une table maintenant
