Restaurant Kobe - Réservation de table

We just had the most amazing dinner experience at Kobe's. The food was absolutely delicious, the fish fresh, the soup and salad full of flavour, the tempura crispy and light, and don't get me started on the teryaki chicken!!! And in addition the service was...world class!!!! Attentive and very friendly throughout the evening, it reached an entirely other level at the end when the owner, after I asked her if she knew where I could find ponzu sauce (for a dish I want to try at home), told me the closest place was in Lausanne, but brought me a bottle of yuzu juice so I could make my own sauce... it is little gestures like this that make you want the whole world to know about a restaurant!!!! Muni du Passeport Gourmand, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Dès la réservation, nous étions informé que nous avions le choix entre trois menu et non la carte.Nous avons choisi le Mikage, excellent et raffiné. Nous avons été très bien conseillé pour les boissons, de la bière au vin rouge. Le personnel était très attentif et chaleureux.Excellente soirée, nous retournerons sans hésiter.

A little disappointed in relation to all the echoes heard. The starters are good but the main course doesn't break anything, no alternative to the ice cream for the dessert offered. The wine list does not necessarily correspond to our choice. Interesting experience that we were able to offer ourselves thanks to the gourmet passport.

Ayant voyagé dans le cadre de mon travail de nombreuses fois, je n’avais jamais goûté des sushis de ce niveau hors des restaurants haute gamme de Tokyo. De véritables maîtres japonais confectionnent avec précision des sushis divins. J’y retournerai souvent avec mes enfants pour une expérience culinaire hors du commun. Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent Japanese cuisine! You really think you're in Japan with this traditional cuisine. In particular, the eggplant with red miso is delicious! The Japanese staff are just adorable.
