I and my wife visited this place together with 12 friends from a gun shooting team. The friendly owner organized the orders and served the starters. Everything was delicious and well cooked. I really liked the Waldorf soup. We had to visit something, but then all 14 people got the main course at the same time. Amazing. The food was great. I ordered a chateau Briand with Sauce Bernaise. The calves were great and well cooked. They served frits and 8! different vegetables, each prepared in a different style. Absolutely amazing. I'll be back.
Das Kreuz in Meienberg ist ein echter Geheimtip. Abseits der grossen Strassen bietet das Kreuz eine ausgezeichnete Küche zum vernünftigen Preis an. Die Wildgerichte im Herbst sind sensationell und auch richtig reichhaltig. Grosse Esser dürfen jederzeit einen Nachschlag der Beilagen verlangen! Das Personal ist mehr als freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wirt kommt noch persönlich an den Tisch um zu fragen ob alles iO ist! (So wie es früher noch vielerorts war...
Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und die Portionsgrösse war schön gross. Das Cordon bleu war super, schön gross und es schmeckte sehr gut. Die Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut. Die Karte ist auch nicht so gross. Das Ambiente passt und der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir gehen sicher wieder vorbei.

we were allowed to eat 7.2.16 in the cross on Sunday. although metzgete was, and this is not one of our favorites, we were very individual inclusive, pampered. eating was excellent, fresh and seasonal. we always like to come, be it in winter in the cozy stubborn or in summer in the lasy garden.

Wir haben am Sonntag hier ein Chateaubriand gegessen ,,Traumhaft,, besser geht nicht Sensationell.Super Bedienng sehr sehr Freundlich . So macht auswärts Essen Spaß .
Das Chateaux Briand als Tellerservice ist sehr empfehlenswert, das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist Top. Auch das Personal ist überaus freundlich.
