Restaurant la Chaumiere

principalement servi des plats français locaux et classiques, nous avons dîné trois fois ici. Le premier soir, le restaurant était un peu stressé car le cuisinier était malade et la seule chose disponible dans le menu était une pizza. nous ne voulions pas de pizza, mais. ce n'était pas comme chercher un autre restaurant, alors nous sommes restés (remarque : certains restaurants étaient fermés en septembre). la pizza fraîchement préparée était très délicieuse, une excellente croûte, de belles garnitures et pas trop de fromage. le personnel était sympathique et faisait de son mieux pour servir. pendant les vacances, nous aimons goûter la cuisine locale, mais aussi savoureuse que l'herbe aigre...

We booked a table at this restaurant instead of dining at our bed and breakfast accommodation, as it had pretty good reviews on TripAdvisor, and so we were looking forward to a promising meal.Instead, we found it quite average. By the sounds of everyone else's reviews, you'd think they served the absolute best goat's cheese salad in the world here, but when we ordered it, we were slightly let down. It was good, but we had had better, only 3 short weeks ago. The pizza was good too, but truly, nothing to rave about. nice dinner of Tarte Flambee, salad and wine :-) very delicious and a nice price also. Lots of locals on a Sunday evening. Family owned (I assume) and they spoke English also. Very friendly to our 5 yr old daughter. We would come back :-)

Le lieu a été recommandé par les propriétaires de notre bed and breakfast. Le personnel était amical et nous a donné de superbes suggestions de plats. La nourriture était excellente !

The place was recommended to us by the owners of our bed and breakfast. The staff was friendly and gave us great wine suggestions. Food was very good!
