Restaurant La Grille

following the passage in a restaurant where the atmosphere was more than tense between the servers and where we fled in front of so much bad atmosphere, we had the pleasant surprise to fall on the grid where the meal was excellent for a very reasonable price during the festival. a Provencal salad delighting my palate and a very pleasant waitress: a perfect combo!

We spent our last night in Avignon and called in to La Grille because they advertised a salad with smoked salmon, crevettes and calamari (my favourite)....one lousy piece of calamari. My wife had salmon which she enjoyed.A nice location in the main square but otherwise very disappointing

Fast lunch in the clock square. touristy enough for both proposals and service in general, sometimes a little quick. in the complex enough, without too much pretence. the location is still a strong point. Similar prices to other locals nearby.

Not good. Kids' spaghettis not good. Bouillabaisse not good, including mussels that were way too cooked and uneatable. Spaghetti pour enfants fades. La bouillabaisse sans goûts, les moules inmangeables. Pas bon.

The meal is correct but the quantities are not here. Meat was tender. efficient service but the thing has tourist. but good. in the middle of avignon in summer. What else is there to expect?
