The village of Fislisbach is nothing to write home about; however it is home to Linde which is really what a Landgasthof should be: genuine hospitality, informal atmosphere, good traditional food.I had lunch in the wooden Bistro-style part of the restaurant. Linde seems to be very popular, therefore booking is highly recommended: Saturday 13:00pm and all tables were occupied.The staff definitely belongs to the restaurant's greatest assets: Swiss hospitality at its best. I was often in this place when I went to Baden. It is a family-run hotel and restaurant. Very friendly, professional and friendly staff. All the meals I've ever had there very well. My favorite, and must have, is beef steak tartare....They also offer seasonal 3 4 course menu. You can't go wrong with any choice. You also have a very good selection of wines. If you stay at the hotel, breakfast is also very good. Prices are well offered for quality. I recommend it very much when I am in Baden, even if I don't stay in their hotel (usually because it's sold out) I always make a trip. You tend to be busy, so I recommend a reservation email works well. Also note that they are closed on Wednesday.
Since 1976, when I was working at BBC/ABB, I went privately, and with customers from all over the world, to eat at Restaurant Linde. My guests and I were always very pleased with the quality of food and the service of this Restaurant. Although I...have been traveling all over the world, until today, nothing has changed really! And I am really happy to know that there is this Restaurant Linde in Switzerland, where I can eat and never get disappointed with anything! Thank you, for your great effort, passion and hospitality!
This is a place to eat. Some of the family ran. Note that they tend to be very busy, so please make sure you make your reservation. I often eat there, all items on the menu are well tasting, are beautifully presented. Service is very...good, friendly and helpful. You also have a very nice selection of wines. If you want to taste a local wine, go past those who have it on board and serve glass. My favorite jundtars, but as stated above, everything is good. Recommendations Liver and Lamb.

The menu for dinner changes with a variety of different flavors that will appeal to small or large groups. The breakfast is also quite lovely with traditional european items with meats, cheese, breads, fruit, and excellent coffee. I always look forward to this breakfast after waking up from the prior day of travel on plane, train, and bus to get there.
The menu is changing monthly and there is a seasonal menu for everyone! Changes for food intolerances are no problem. Service is speedy and very friendly. It feels like at home. Great garden in summer, when menu can be enjoyed outside under huge Linden trees....There's also a bar with a wide choice of drinks. The perfect place to start the evening.

It doesn't matter if you are focussed on service (impeccable), staff attitude (always a joy), cleanliness (operating room !), value (awesome!) or the restaurant (delicious!), Linden always delivers. I must have stayed here at least half a dozen times now, typically a number of nights and I've always loved it. Can't recommend enough !

A warm and hearty, yet higher class, family run restaurant. Despite Swiss Franc crazy value, this restaurant is a lot of value for the money. Fully packed on a saturday evening but everything still went smoothly.The only negative; I would have preferred a little some more seasoning.
If you are looking for a really perfect Restaurant to have a business lunch in that area of Switzerland or just want to enjoy excellent food and nice and professional service I can just recommend it.
