Restaurant Le Drummond

We ordered the tasting menu, and Jose was our server. We have no real complaints; everything from the food to the service was outstanding. Empty plates and cups were cleared from our table in about 10 seconds, and the dishes came out quickly. Jose was consistently friendly and professional. The only issue we encountered was that we received chicken wings instead of ribs, which we were really looking forward to. Regardless, we will definitely return. P.S. You have to love chili!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food was delightful, and everything we tasted was outstanding. The nachos are a definite must-try, and my friends rave about the shrimp tacos. If you're in Montreal, be sure to stop by Escondite Drummond for a tasty Mexican meal. The margaritas are also top-notch. Our experience was perfect, and we were so impressed that we attempted to return for takeout later that same evening. A huge thank you to the whole team for their excellent service!

The Biria was amazing, but the pastor was not incredible; it was pretty expensive for Montreal, but that’s expected giving a central location downtown. The drinks were good, waiter super friendly but it took quite a while to have water and we had to ask twice. Overall enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend Escondite! It genuinely feels like a hidden gem. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, and the prices are reasonable considering the deliciousness of the dishes. The tacos and pozole I had were among the best I've tried in Montreal. The service was excellent, with the staff communicating in Spanish, English, and French! Réservez une table maintenant
