Restaurant Le Hatley - Manoir Hovey

I stayed at the Manoir Hovey for 2 days. Because of the Covid restrictions, the dining room is closed and you must eat your meals in your room. Since I wanted to rest, I had all my meals delivered by the dining room. I wished...I had stayed longer so I would have been able to sample more of the dishes offered. This is what I had: *beef with foie gras sauce-Excellent! The sauce was not super hot because of the delay between the kitchen and the delivery to the room but I did not mind it all since it was so good *Bread: I forgot to ask where they get their bread because it is the best bread I have ever eaten. *Beef burger: I was able to have it pink because they grind the meat on location. We were served beautifully by excellent servers, knowledgeable about the food, and very attentive. The food was outstanding, the sommelier knowledgeable, the wine pairing perfect. We had a lovely evening

I am delighted to return to Le Hayley. The service is exceptional and the dishes are delicious, paired perfectly with amazing wine. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10. Enjoy!

The food and service were phenomenonal at both breakfast and dinner. Plan on being very full after dining here!
