after a train ride on the estate, very pleasant, well- commented and cheap 5.00€/person, as it is 12h00, we head to the snack area. a big bar, normal at Mr. Paul Ricard. There, no restaurant room reserved according to the waitress to the groups, so we'll have 2 round tables called bistro table, okay! 1st problem, no menu, except to make it outside the snack to check out, the 1st waitress, not friendly, fortunately a second, more adventurous, takes over without explanation and saves our order, to know bull rib with onion stitches, eggplants, zucchini and fries for my companion. 1st suitable plate, tender meat, correct cooking, satisfactory accompaniment. Second plate, 80 % meat made of inmangeable fat, fries served in a ramequin for flan, molle, lukewarm, oily. our questioning continues in the sight of what seems to be "the chef", who had to delegate his practice to someone else in the kitchen, since he provides service to the bar throughout the meal. To conclude, it looks more like a school canteen than a snack worthy of the beautiful structure of the fabulous paul ricard group. I formally advise.
