J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce restaurant et j'y suis retourné une semaine après le changement de propriétaire. Déception. La qualité et l'originalité des plats ne sont plus (ou pas encore) au rendez-vous. Dans le menu du jour (15€) : salade de haricots tarbais (alimentés), un vin beaucoup trop cuit **** (chauffé?), un peu fade (congelé?), et un dessert. Un amateur a pris l'apéro, c'est sympa, mais ils ont manqué de finesse. Il va donc falloir que le nouveau chef se hisse au niveau de l'ancien, mais il faudra le faire rapidement alors....
Nous avions repéré ce restaurant lors d'une ballade gersoise, nous promettant d'y déjeuner : c'est désormais chose faite après réservation. Accueil agréable, dans un cadre simple et bucolique. La carte avec 4 formules nous a séduits par sa diversité. Nous n'avons pas regretté nos choix respectifs de l'entrée au dessert : belle présentation, plats délicats et savoureux. Un petit écart sur un chemin de campagne vous fera découvrir ce moulin gastronomique en bord de la Gimone.

It is with great pleasure that we discovered this restaurant close to our home. simple but very tasteful kitchen, don't hesitate to test the snail cassole and the lamb saddle with a rosemary sauce to be damned! friendly and professional welcome. only small flat, damage that the room is a little tristounette and that there is no outside terrace because the edge of the gimone is very pleasant. We'll be back very soon.
Nous avons testé ce restaurant, récemment repris, avec beaucoup de plaisir. L'accueil est parfait. Les plats proposés sont composés de produits frais et du terroir revisités avec originalité. Je pense que le nouveau propriétaire n'est pas un adepte du congélateur comme c'était le cas auparavant. Ce restaurant mérite un détour et je lui souhaite un grand succès.
très déçu ce jour avec un déjeuner "excursion au marché" qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avions l'habitude de déguster avec l'ancien propriétaire depuis quelques années. D'ailleurs le service a duré 1h45 alors qu'il n'y avait que 11 coupes au total et cerise sur le gâteau la tarte annoncée sur le menu ne fait que 1/2 tarte.
very correct restaurant, the dishes are copied, we had asked for a particular location, our wish was respected. the menu at 45 euros is very satisfying, we have been tightened in wine. the fish and meat were good and well accompanied. same sauces for entry and resistance dish, damage. we recommend this restaurant .
