At lunchtime today we discovered one of the best restaurants we have come across during our three-year residence in South-East France. We were not looking for 'fine dining' or Michelin stars, but a really enjoyable birthday lunch close to the sea and in the open air. And we found it at Le Piccolo! In cheerfully colourful but not overwhelming surroundings,we and the small dog who accompanies us whenever permitted in restaurants were courteously ppwelcomed. Nous sommes venus déjeuner lors de notre visite de la journée. La décoration était absolument magnifique et réalisée par le propriétaire. De magnifiques mosaïques et un miroir en coquillages et en laiton. Le repas était également impressionnant et magnifiquement servi. Nous avons pris l'un des deux ou trois plats principaux et nous étions tous très satisfaits de nos choix. Hautement recommandé !
We came here for lunch on our one day visit. The decor was absolutely beautiful, and was all made by the owner… Beautiful mosaic and seashell mirrors and lights. Food was equally impressive, and beautifully served. The three of us had one of the two or three course meals and all of us were very happy with our choices. Highly recommended!

La nourriture est incroyable, j'adore vraiment, une ambiance géniale, des prix raisonnables pour la qualité des plats et oh la la, en tout cas je vais manger ici à nouveau. Au fait, j'ai mangé le déjeuner et le dîner à des jours différents et les propriétaires sont vraiment des gens charmants. Salutations!
C'est un endroit formidable avec une décoration féminine et traditionnelle. Si vous cherchez quelque chose de vraiment local avec un service excellent, allez-y! Le personnel est fantastique, surtout Claire!
