We went to the restaurant during a week of ski vacation. Already when we reserved half a day earlier we had tell that we wanted a pierrade and their side dishes.As soon we arrived the service started. We were not asked if we want an apertif or so, it started right away with the pierrade. The fondue was ok but nothing special (three white sauces). Please note that the prices are among the highest in Les SaisiesThe service was much too fast, impossible to finish one course without being asked twice for the next. The dessert was an iced nougat which wasn't tasty at all and like a block of ice - impossible too be cut.Because the staff noted that we were not too happy they tried to please us with...
This was my experience .I ordered the 3 course menu and the rest of the table only ordered main courses . So my starter arrives and very nice ravioli of foie gras . So far so good ! I finish mine .Then everyone's main dishes arrive all look great but nothing for me .I say where's my main dish oh it's coming the table finish there food and still nothing for me . After complaining many times and waiting 45 minutes I eventually get my very over cooked steak . There was no explanation for this just a shrug of the shoulders attitude. Spoiled everyone's night as we were all very excited about trying trip advisers number one in Les Saisies.
We have been frequenting Les Arcades for the past 7 years and we love to come back for many reasons. We always receive a warm welcome by Murielle which we very much appreciate.The attractive menu offers a wide selection of local cuisine. Over the years we have tasted different dishes but our favourite remains fondue aux cepes. You cannot go wrong though as all the meals are delicious and beautifully presented. We came here with my husband and mother for dinner on a Thursday evening. It was quiet when we arrived but filled up while never becoming noisy, just enough for a great atmosphere. The wait staff were very friendly and did a great job while not being too present. The Chef came out to explain why there was no venison on the menu that evening which we thought was a nice touch. The food was amazing. We all loved our starters and mains. My husband and mother took a prix fixe menu and I had a la carte and they were all very good. I definitely recommend.

We stayed in Les Saisies twice last year - once at Christmas and then again at Easter and on both occasions had several meals at Les Arcades. We ate there on 6 separate occasions , four nights of which were outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant and are looking forward to returning again this February. Murielle was always very accommodating to our party and went out of her way to fit us in at short notice.
Back again this year in Les Saisies and of course back to our favourite restaurant. It's still the best in the area and you can't come here without a visit. It always surprises us how good the food is, coming from London we have high standards to compare against and this is up with the best of them. Lovely warm welcome as always from the owners Muriel and Laurent, we will be eating here as often as we can get a reservation!
Je rêvais de cette raclette depuis des années, et c'était la meilleure que j'ai jamais mangée ! Ce restaurant a su garder cette simplicité caractéristique de la Savoie alliée à l'élégance et à la gastronomie. J'ai été très bien accueillie par Murielle et Laurent, le chef, et les desserts étaient juste incroyables ! Je vous le recommande vivement si vous allez aux Saisies !
Was here this weekend to celebrate my niece birthday. Had a great and tasty experience. Expensive menu but quality on the top. Do strongly suggest the lamb chops. Nice ritual to close the dinner.
