Cela fait plusieurs mois que nous essayons d'obtenir une table dans ce restaurant coté.... nous avons enfin pu tester cette "merveille " du Gault et Millau... Nous avions réservé une table en terrasse donc nous nous sommes installés à la table qui nous plaisait étant donné qu'aucune n'était signalée "réservée ".Comme le personnel nous ignorait , nous avons appelé et là, on nous dit que nous n'avions pas droit à cette table au bord du lac car notre réservation n'était pas assez ancienne !! On nous a donc placés en plein soleil et sur le passage du service et des clients.Un serveur a répondu à notre souhait d'être à l'ombre en amenant un parasol.Nous avons pris une salade du buffet et un os à...

Read to the end! Excellent restaurant! The tartare is delicious and the way they prepare it is just brilliant!! The waiters and waitresses are very very friendly. And the cream chocolates with the coffee, what a delight... The setting is magnificent: by the lake and the forest. I highly recommend Well, well... Given my fabulous first experience at Unique, I wanted to come back with a friend but this time it wasn't so fabulous... We arrived around 6:15 p.m. on a Monday evening and we were told that it was full even though there were 3 tables occupied on the terrace. At first we thought it was a joke, but unfortunately no. I will not return and I will no longer recommend! It's a shame because...

Alas, alas, three times alas! First the welcome: although we had reserved a table on the terrace the day before, we were parked, there is no other word, in a corner at the very back and invaded by flies to boot. We ordered 3 tartares and what an unpleasant surprise! The cart for making these specialties in this restaurant, once abundant in spices and various condiments, has seen them reduced dramatically since our last visit a few months ago. Let's note the disorganization of the establishment's staff and you will have all the elements constituting our disappointment. Too bad the place is magnificent. Simply sublime restaurant with a magnificent view, an exceptional setting to have a good time with family or friends. Delicious cuisine and careful presentation, we really enjoyed ourselves. A big congratulations to the kitchen. The staff on duty are very pleasant, attentive and smiling, a real pleasure. very nice and attentive service! tasty eating that was big as small. we were a group of about 20 people. the children received the food first because they were all very hungry. the food for the adult was at the same time made up. A pity is that the homedesserts were not listed on a map. the restaurant am see is very idyllic. a corner without traffic, quiet and with beautiful weather: swimwear not forget! again.

if you want to eat directly on the water (or in the blockhouse) it is unique here, since the only opportunity on the greyerzersee . you mean that in the country you don't want to speak of the personal German "?! . . . . with English it's a bit better. super position otherwise everything normal. go back safely when in the environment.

We organized a meal on the boat really great idyllic moment the exceptional meal for the activity proposed the boatman took us to the island of Ogoz the coffee was offered on return to the restaurant I really recommend I would come back with other friends thank you to the unique team

Magnificent place on the edge of Lake Gruyère, large shaded terrace, the setting is great. Top-notch beef tartare, prepared at the table with ingredients of your choice, lovely menu of dishes. Pleasant service, not much to say.
