I wanted to eat with my family last week. a star for cleanliness. good service. limited menu due to kovid. already well. my wife specifically asked for thin crust pizza. the pizza hardly came warm and does not think that the cook knew what thin crust meant. My husband and I stopped at Normandin early in the morning to have breakfast before he visited a client in Ste-Marie. We were seated fast and the waitress took our order almost immediately. The place was clean The pancakes I ordered were delicious (with real maple syrup! and my husband was very satisfied of his cassolette . The servings were reasonable. We don 't have Normandin in Montréal so we always enjoy it when we venture out of the city.
reception attendants do not know what table is available and should walk regularly on the floor before assigning a table, which makes sure that there is a waiting time at the reception. a young, well-intentioned but unexperienced staff. a lack of kitchen staff ensures that the waiting time to receive your dish is long. But the quality and quantity of the dish served was correct.

We stopped for lunch on the way to Quebec City. Our server Daphne was very pleasant and efficient. The Thai salad was very good. Everything we ordered was great and brought together. Nice clean place and I recommend it highly.
