Went here as recommended by TripAdvisor arriving at about 6:45pm. Although we got a free drink of tea, it took 20 minutes to take our order. We stated that we had to leave the restaurant by 8:15pm due to us catching a flight and asked if we had time to have both starter and main course. We were told yes and placed our order. Our starter (a prepared cold mezze which only needed serving arrived 15 minutes later which was tasty and had lots of variety. Each dish was tasty and different from some of the usual mezze dishes. First thing said, if I had to live in Bremen this would be a place that I would eat weekly. The food is DELICIOUS, the service made sure we would have an excellent time. My girlfriend and I don’t know any german and all the menu is in German and Arabic, we tried to understand the menu using google translate and asked the waiter to give us some time to translate the menu, he went to other tables and came back later to us and he translated the whole menu for us!! He made us feel welcome, feel at home and feel like we knew each other for a long time. Besides that the food was authentic and with the Arabic flavors we know from Dubai and our Palestine friends. The service is indeed rather slow, as other ursers have commented, but the food is great (proof is the place was packed full on a Sunday eveneing). Tried the baba ghanoush to start with, followed by malube mloukhieh. Both very tasty, and plate size was relatively large. Both accompanied by the house red wine, which was also very good. I will be back to try the rest of the menu.

This restaurant is wonderful. My boyfriend and I went to dinner three nights because we love the flavors and the staff is excellent and helpful. We don't speak German and Walid took the time to explain the dishes to us and was worried that we were comfortable and like the food. I can honestly say that I felt comfortable and in family. Too bad they are so far from Puerto Rico. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a very nice dinner with my friends. The restaurant is a bit old-fashioned, but the staff is very friendly and explains in details the menu. We had a wonderful and rich appetizer with Masa , and after that very tasty Kuskus, Malube Mlukieh and Kabab Mischwie. The price is also good. It is worth to come back again

In this restaurant you really do get a real taste of middle eastern food and hospitality. Staff are very attentive and friendly. That said the decor does leave much to be desired and does need some improvement. The price is good and the food is really good! Id happily have actually paid more for it ! Well eat again

So Syria has been in the news for years for many negative things but this is the first time I have eaten Syrian food. IT WONT BE THE LAST. Great food, brilliant variety and good wine all at an economic price. Visit you will enjoy.

we tried palmyra a few weeks ago and that was delicious. the staff was very nice and the food was quickly served. I recommend you try the different ones. Réservez une table maintenant

Typical Mideast food, tasty and original. The service even slow was kind. We waited really long for our dishes. At the end I would recommend it

The service is very very slow, the food comes in very small portions. It's simply arabian food in western style.
