Salvena Bella - Réserver une table

On our first night in Austria we wanted to go somewhere nice for dinner. The restaurant looked nice from the outside and as we passed the restaurant at noon we looked at the menu outside of the building and decided to return in the evening. When we arrived no guests beside from us were present which probably should have been a clue in the first place. We were seated and given the menus and were asked to order drinks before we decided on our meals. As we opened the menus they weren't alike the menu outside which had made us decide on this particularly restaurant earlier. The Italian restaurant had removed half its Italian courses including the ones we had decided to order beforehand. But of course we couldn't leave and go somewhere else as we had already ordered and received drinks. We were then told that the menu outside was a year old and therefore half the courses couldn't be ordered. Fair enough, we decided to order the wienerschnitzel as it's a real Austrian meal. What we received was a plate of fries with a schnitzel that had been frozen minutes earlier. No vegetables, no sauce, nothing but the fries, schnitzel and a slice of lemon on top. At the price of 15 euros we were already upset by the service, but we're ready to pay and move on. All of a sudden it wasn't possible to pay with card despite of it being written on the door that it was possible to pay with multiple credit cards including the one we wanted to pay with. We were then sent to the nearest ATM and received a 10 cent(!!!!!) discount as an apology. We went home extremely disappointed and with no intension of ever going anywhere near that restaurant ever again!

Beim Eingang ist eine Speisekarte ausgehändigt, die uns sehr einladend vorkam, und uns dann leider bitter enttäuscht hat, mehr als die Hälfte die beim Eingang ausgehändigt ist, gibt es nicht! (Aktualisieren wäre empfehlenswert)Und was man dann zu essen bestellt hat, bekommt man mit einem Käse den man bei der penne extra nicht bestellt hat, noch dazu! Die Pizza schmeckte gekauft, und die Tonno, da hat der Thunfisch geschmeckt wie ein Mayonnaise Thunfisch Aufstrich! Das Lokal selbst sieht sehr einladend aus, aber der Rest leider Sehr enttäuschend

Very bad experience.The menu outside did not match the one you get inside because it was a year old. The beer we would like from the menu they didn't have we ordered 5 wienersnitzel which was heated from the frezer and only fries and meet.When we wanted to pay with visa she said we couldn't because her chef wasn't there. We did not have enough cash so we had to go down town to a bank. The waitress apollogized and we got 10 cent off we are shocked and mad and very disappointed

Restauranten ligger lige ved siden af busstationen. Hyggelig og pænt med mange borde, der ikke står får tæt. Betjeningen var fin og madudvalget var over forventning. Kan klart anbefales.

Bedienung nicht recht schnell. Speisekarte spärlich leider.Portion eher klein. Salat eher fad aber mit viel Salz Schmeckt alles lecker.
