nous sommes venus à l'impromptu et quelle belle découverte nous avons faite! service chaleureux et attentif et décor enveloppant. le propriétaire, tony, assure également un bon service à la clientèle. Salade de césar grillée, pappardelles champignon et veau de lait du Québec, servis avec du prosciutto (pour moi) et des crevettes avec de la sauce de rosée (pour le miel) ont rendu nos papilles heureux! On y retourne !

large, authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of the city. eating was amazing. the service, wonderful. the prices were a bit expensive, but the experience worth it. I will come back in definitiw. my appetizer: calamari fritti. my main course: linguine al cartoccio. my dessert: cannoli.

we were there last night for the first time. it is a delicious restaurant: elegant ambiente, excellent and authentic Italian cuisine, more attentive and charming service. according to my opinion, it is the best culinary experience in sherbrooke.

if you want to try authentic Italian cuisine, then you need to try sballo, great meal, great service, antonio (owner) welcomes you at the door, explained and recommends your meal.

the atmosphere was lovely. the food was absolutely delicious and antonio was a gracious host. my man and I will come back soon.
